Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Assists in various HR functions such as Recruitment, Onboarding, and Payroll
- Maintains HR files, records, and documentation accurately
- Manages document control, audits, and verification processes
- Provides support to managers on HR-related matters
- Contributes to the development of performance management and company policies
- Administers job postings and assists in HR process improvement
- Supports employee relations, compliance issues, and special projects
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal abilities
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or related field
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and professionalism
- Experience in onboarding, termination procedures, and HR generalist tasks
- Knowledgeable in various HR facets and comfortable working in a team environment
Job Type: Full-time
