Job Description
Play a crucial role in filing and encoding of documents, monitoring of transmittals, and warehouse office supplies. Act as a coordinator between the head office and warehouse for all warehouse admin related concerns.
Qualifications:
- College or Associate degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field is a plus.
- 1+ years of experience in administrative support or data entry roles, preferably in an operations and logistics setting.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Proficiency in using office software for data management (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Word).
- Organizational skills to maintain a well-organized filing and documentation system.
- Strong time management skills to meet deadlines and manage priorities effectively.
- Must be willing to work in Brgy. Ilang, Bunawan District, Davao City.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php13,00.00 – Php17,00.00 per month
