Job Description
Job Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2-3 years of store audit or loss prevention experience.
- Knowledge of finance, accounting, and inventory procedures.
- Working knowledge of SAP process and workflows.
- Skilled in stock correction activities in retail business.
- Above average analytical skills and attention to details.
- High integrity, self-motivation, and confidence.
- Amenable to fieldwork at World Balance stores nationwide.
Job Description:
- Ensure accurate physical count results.
- Communicate with Store Managers to resolve variance issues.
- Submit monthly Inventory Ending Report of non-live stores.
- Assist Store Managers/staff with inventory concerns.
- Coordinate adjustments with auditing team for final count results.
- Perform tasks assigned by management.
