Job Description
a) Draft various Resolutions, memoranda, letters, and related communications as member of the HRMPSB Secretariat in the deliberation of applicants;
b) Participates and assumes duties of HRMPSB Secretariat.
c) Drafts/prepares minutes of meetings of HRMPSB deliberations;
d) Drafts/ prepares communications in compliance to the Orders/Decisions of disciplining authorities (Legal Service, Ombudsman, CSC, and OSEC) and Appeal Memoranda/Replies on Appeals made.
e) Conduct complete research of applicable administrative policies and existing rules and regulations, jurisprudence as basis for the review of documents and in drafting replies and inquiries on various personnel matters;
f) Draft various communications, endorsements, memoranda, letters, and Certifications;
g) Prepares Activity/ Project Proposals needed to carry out the Work and Financial Plan (WFP) of the Personnel Division.
h) Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php22,938.00 per month
