Comfac Technology Options Limited (CTO) is a New Zealand-based company that provides consulting and information technology services to enterprises. We are currently seeking a Lead Business Analyst to join our team.
Job Description:
The Lead Business Analyst will plan, organize, direct, control, and coordinate quality accredited ICT projects. The role involves overseeing day-to-day operations, resourcing, scheduling, task coordination, and ensuring project milestones are met within agreed timeframes and budgets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, BS IT, or equivalent
- Minimum of five (5) years’ experience as a Business Analyst
- Expertise in software testing, information technology, and cloud solutions
- Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodology
- Superior soft skills in communication, leadership, and project management
- Proficiency in Microsoft window-based programs
- Proven leadership ability
