Job Description
- Prior experience in a personal assistant or executive secretary role.
- Serve as the primary point of contact, screening and prioritizing phone calls, emails, and other correspondence. Draft and edit emails, letters, memos, and other documents on behalf of the CEO.
- Booking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodation.
- Organizing events and conferences.
- Reminding the CEO of important tasks and deadlines.
- Liaising with staff, suppliers, and clients.
- Efficiently manage the calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference calls, and resolving conflicts as they arise.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality.
- Handle multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20,00.00 – Php30,00.00 per month
