Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Human Resource Officer with mid-level experience to join our team in a hybrid setup. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in HR functions and be comfortable working both remotely and in the office.
Responsibilities include recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, 3+ years of HR experience, knowledge of employment laws, and proficiency in HR software. Prior experience in a hybrid work environment is a plus.
