Job Description
We specialize in delivering top-notch Odoo ERP solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of businesses across various industries in the Philippines. As the first point of contact for clients, you will respond to their questions, issues, and requests related to their Odoo system. Coordinate with appropriate individuals for issue resolution and keep track of client concerns.
Mandatory:
– Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
Nice to Have:
– Located in Metro Manila.
– Odoo or Customer Service experience.
– Odoo development and ERP system experience.
– Knowledge of Accounting and Inventory Management.
