Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone or written correspondence to address concerns.
- Resolve customer issues on the first contact whenever possible without transferring the call.
- Match customers’ demands with Clients’ products and services.
- Utilize negotiation and influencing skills to overcome objections and secure customer buy-in.
- Share specific information with internal and external clients and collaborate with colleagues.
