Job Description
Some of key responsibilities include:
- Direct and monitor employees’ work, including resource allocation and level of performance
- Create and implement schedules, procedures, and work instructions
- Constantly monitor and manage day-to-day activities of employees
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all internal and external contacts
- Quality Control of each project
- Coordinates with the General Manager on concerns regarding design, production and fabrication that needs executive decision-making
- Supervises the installation of fabricated materials
- Reports to the General Manager updates on the Operations Department
