Job Description
Role Overview:
- Build, map, and optimize delivery of the Continuous Delivery Pipeline (CDP) by addressing key elements like process time, lead time, delay time, and percent of complete and accurate.
- Continuous Exploration (CE) – understand the market problem/customer need, suggest development of new features, define and prioritize activities in the Program Backlog.
- Continuous Integration (CI) – implement features from Program Backlog, deliver completed work committed to version control, built and integrated into a full system, and tested end-to-end.
- Continuous Deployment (CD) – deploy changes from pre-prod environment to production.
- Release on Demand (RoD) – deliver value to customers based on market and business needs.
Qualifications:
- Proven DevSecOps Engineer experience.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in software development and minimum 1 year in DevSecOps & Platform Engineering setup.
- Knowledge of DevSecOps & Platform Engineering pipeline components and metrics.
- Experience in public cloud environments; AWS, GCP, or Azure is a must.
- Hands-on experience in code commit, code review, testing, integration, QA/QC, observability, & monitoring with frontend and backend languages.
- Experience with DevSecOps toolchain (RE protection, SSL pinning, payload encryption, code quality, source code analysis, IAST/SAST/DAST tools).
