Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Help build out SOPs
- Manage and organize files (Gsheet & Gdrive)
- Asset tracking
- Locating tracks through GPS
- Identify tracks that are not working through Verizon Reveal
- Tracking ELD (Electronics Logging Device)
- Tracking Drivers Vehicle Inspection Report (DVIR)
- Tracking of permits and licenses
Experience and Proficiency:
- Good English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Experience in admin back-end support
- Experience using Google Suite
- Proficiency in Veriforce and ISNetworld
- File management skills
- Experience with Veriforce, PEC, and Safety Rating is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php37,00.00 – Php38,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Experience:
- Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Preferred)
- Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
- Compliance management: 1 year (Preferred)
Willingness to travel:
- 25% (Preferred)
