Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated Supervisor for our Member Services team. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Member Services department, ensuring high-quality service delivery to our valued customers.
Your duties will include monitoring team performance, providing training and guidance, resolving customer complaints, and implementing strategies to improve overall customer satisfaction.
