Job Description
As a Recruitment Specialist, you will play a crucial role in finding and attracting top talent for our company. Your primary responsibility will be managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to interviewing and selecting the most qualified individuals.
You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, create job descriptions, and develop effective recruitment strategies. You will also utilize various online and offline channels to post job vacancies and proactively source potential candidates. Conducting thorough candidate screenings, coordinating interviews, and conducting reference checks will be part of your daily tasks.
Furthermore, you will maintain the candidate database, provide regular recruitment updates to stakeholders, and ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations. Your excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to make informed decisions will contribute to the success of our recruitment initiatives.
