Job Description
- Ensuring a high level of quality in the services and deliverables provided by the company
- Involved in the quality assurance and service level agreement of maintenance projects
- Actively assisting maintenance customers with monitoring issues and handling queries
- Working with the technical team to ensure timely delivery of fixes for maintenance projects
- Managing and ensuring timely project delivery
- Liaising with clients to discuss and identify project requirements
- Evaluating and resolving discrepancies and project delivery problems
- Engaging customers to gauge satisfaction levels and initiate service improvements
- Proactively preventing roadblocks to meet quality standards, project milestones, and business objectives
- Ensuring project output consistently meets requirements and standards
- Conducting User Requirement Workshops and Training sessions
