Job Description
Duties:
- To minimise risk by controlling a project’s schedule, budget, and quality
- Planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating construction projects
- Preparing budget estimates and schedules
- Negotiating contractual agreements
- Developing quality control programs and representing the company in negotiations
- Directing material purchases, land acquisitions, and overseeing subcontractors
- Visiting sites regularly, conducting safety inspections, and ensuring quality assurance
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php40,00.00 – Php50,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Overtime
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th-month salary
- Overtime pay
Expected Start Date: 08/15/2024
