Job Description
Major Function
Responsible for handling customer calls, bookings, inquiries, and complaints. Provide timely feedback on shipment status and ensure secure and responsible work during shifts.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Provide rates for Forwarding and Trucking
- Update customers on bookings, deliveries, vessel schedules, and more
- Coordinate with Operations for loading confirmation and pickup requirements
- Maintain customer records and important documents
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From Php12,00.00 per month
