Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone or written correspondence to address concerns.
- Resolve customer issues on the first contact whenever possible.
- Match customers’ demands with clients’ products and solutions.
- Utilize negotiation and influencing skills to overcome objections.
- Communicate specific information to internal and external clients.
