Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist customers using a chat system or email
- Provide timely responses to customer issues regarding product usage and warranties
- Give detailed instructions or provide clarification about products, promos, prices, and other details to prospective and existing customers
What we need:
- High School Graduate (Old curriculum) / ALS Graduate.
- Minimum of 1 month BPO experience
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Able to work onsite (office-based).
- Residing within Metro Manila, Cavite, and Rizal areas.
