Job Description
In the role of HR Analytics expert, you’ll use PowerBI and advanced Excel to extract actionable insights from Talent Acquisition Data to analyze TA data, optimize recruitment processes, and enhance decision-making for organizational success. As part of the team, a sense of ownership, urgency, and pride in your business portfolio is essential.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and maintain recruitment performance dashboards and reports with key metrics such as conversion rates, time to hire, and cost per hire for process improvement
- Perform data-driven analysis to support talent acquisition initiatives, forecast hiring needs, and
- Configure and update a global SharePoint site
- Collect reporting requirements and build scalable reports to meet business needs
- Create visual data displays using Excel and PowerPoint
What You’ll Need:
- 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented team
- Expertise in creating visually appealing PowerPoint slides from complex data
- Advanced Excel skills to communicate insights effectively
- Experience in storytelling and providing trends through data
- Experience with SharePoint online environments and Microsoft 365
