Job Description
We are seeking highly motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Contact Center Representatives.

General Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess customers’ needs, inquiries, or concerns and provide accurate solutions.
- Know company products and policies to address customer inquiries effectively.
- Maintain professionalism and empathy when dealing with customers.
Qualifications:
- Face-to-face interview at SM Megamall, Ortigas
- BPO experience is a plus
- Good typing skills
- Filipino Citizen or relevant residence status
- 18 years old and above
- College Undergrads accepted
- Conversant in English
- Salary negotiable for experienced agents
Nice to have (Optional):
- Proven customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.
