Job Description
The primary responsibility of an AR specialist is to ensure that the organization receives payments for goods and services provided to customers.
Responsibilities:
- Generate and issue invoices to customers based on services rendered or products sold.
- Verify accuracy and completeness of invoices, ensuring they comply with company policies and relevant regulations.
- Coordinate with other departments for billing information.
- Resolve billing discrepancies and customer inquiries.
- Record and apply payments accurately and promptly.
- Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on overdue payments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- High attention to detail and well-organized
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness for weekly collections in Davao City Area
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php12,500.00 per month
