Job Description
Unleash your energy within and be a part of the EDC Team. We are looking for a Supervisor in Drilling who will manage and implement Well Programs with a greater degree of scope and complexity in terms of the type of wells, regardless of location, logistics, and communication.
The role involves directing the entire drilling operations, leading Drilling Supervisors (SS) in developing strategies for effective implementation of the drilling program, and conducting Risks Assessment of drilling activities to eliminate potential hazards and downtimes. The Supervisor will also support adherence to HSE policies and guidelines, review and evaluate drilling and workover problems, and provide recommendations for resolution. Field-based assignments and supervision of drilling operations are part of the responsibilities.
