Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to join our team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store.
Your main duties will include managing staff, monitoring inventory, ensuring excellent customer service, and implementing effective strategies to drive sales and achieve financial targets. You will also be responsible for maintaining the store’s visual appeal, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of retail management experience
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
