Job Description
The Service Technician is generally responsible for providing service and customer support during field visits or dispatches at Asiaglobal Technologies, Inc. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing service and customer support during field visits or dispatches
- Managing all on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and test tasks
- Installing, testing, and providing client instructions on machinery use
- Operating vehicles safely and using field automation systems
- Performing diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on equipment
- Replacing parts, maintaining detailed service reports
- Comprehending customer requirements and providing recommendations
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18,00.00 – Php22,00.00 per month
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th-month salary
- Commission pay
- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Carmona, Cavite: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
License/Certification:
- Professional driver’s license (Preferred)
Willingness to travel:
