Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated Coordinator for our Customer Care Center – Resolutions division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the resolution of customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Key responsibilities include managing a team of customer service representatives, analyzing customer feedback data, and implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction. The Coordinator will also collaborate with other departments to ensure resolutions align with company policies and standards.
