Job Description
Horizons is looking for a Costumer Engagement Manager with experience in the Foreign Exchange industry to join one of our international clients, an Austrian-based FinTech company focused on Big Data and Pattern Recognition.
Contract & Location
- – Permanent contract
- – Full-time
- – Hybrid opportunity, Based in Manila (availability to come to the office once a week)
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Ensure client satisfaction and handle issue resolution.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Stay updated on market trends and industry developments.
- Monitor and analyse client usage for optimization.
Qualification & Work Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field.
- At least 3 years of customer success experience in eFX industry.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of electronic FX trading platforms and industry trends.
