Job Description
The Order Management Supervisor / Customer Service Supervisor will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. They will support CPFI customers in terms of inquiries or complaints related to train schedules, finished goods availability, purchase/sales order status, etc. Responsibilities include effective monitoring, assisting, educating, and ensuring customer needs are met.
Coordinate customer requirements with Sales, Supply Chain Logistics, and Business Units, and work closely with Quality Assurance teams to resolve quality issues. Maintain excellent service standards and high customer satisfaction levels.
