Job Description:
- Checking and processing invoices, cash advances, and petty cash replenishments
- Preparing physical invoices and delivery receipts
- Encoding invoices/sales in the accounting system
- Ensuring proper account charge on transactions
- Handling BIR reporting, supplier payments, inventory monitoring, and account reconciliation
- Other assigned tasks
Job Type: Part-time
Ability to commute/relocate: Makati City: Relocation before starting work (Preferred)
Education: Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)
Experience: 1 year as Accounting Assistant (Preferred)
Language: Proficient in English (Preferred)
License/Certification: CPA (Preferred)
Location: Makati City (Preferred)
