Job Description
Work remotely as a Surgical Coordinator for an Ophthalmology private practice based in New York City.
Job Responsibilities:
- Speak to patients (English and Spanish speakers) regarding preoperative requirements.
- Complete surgical consent forms and prebooking orders.
- Facilitate medical clearance through primary care physicians.
- Book surgeries using the electronic system.
- Perform light admin tasks like answering patient calls and scheduling appointments.
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in Surgical Coordinating.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week.
