Job Description
We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to help design and oversee our company’s hiring process. As a recruiter at NTHERM, LLC, you will manage sourcing, interviewing, and employment procedures to ensure we hire qualified employees to meet our current and future needs.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit and report on performance
- Track recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire)
- Implement new sourcing methods and review recruitment software
- Research and select job advertising options
- Recommend ways to improve employer brand and forecast hiring needs
- Build the company’s network through relationships with professionals and colleges
Skills:
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter
- Hands-on experience with ATS and HR databases
- Experience with interviews, candidate screening, and social media
- Excellent communication, team management, and decision-making skills
- BSc in Human Resources Management or Equivalent Work Experience
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Expected Hours: 40 per week
