Job Description
Position: Voicemail and Email Agent
Company: Remote Employee BPO Philippines Inc.
Compensation: Competitive Basic Salary
Benefits: HMO with 2 Free Dependents, Rice Allowance, Night Differential, Free Meal, Free Uniform, Company Events
Work Schedule: 5-day work week, 9:00 pm to 6:00 am PH time
Work Setup: Onsite setup
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Leaving voicemails and sending emails as per scripts and guidelines
- Handling high volume of outbound calls and emails
- Maintaining accurate records in CRM system
- Ensuring professional communication
- Troubleshooting technical issues
Qualifications:
- Excellent English skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong computer skills
- Attention to detail
- Organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
Preferred Skills:
- CRM and dialer system experience
- Customer service or telemarketing experience
- Technical troubleshooting skills
