Job Description
Graduate of Vocational course related to Air-conditioning & Facility Maintenance
- 1 year of experience in Building facility Maintenance
- Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; customer service oriented
JOB DUTIES:
- Paint, remodel, refurbish areas as needed
- Repair, maintain/monitor equipment and amenities
- Clean windows and glass doors
- Perform HVAC filter changes
- Change light bulbs, interior/exterior
- Maintain building exterior
- Operate and maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing systems
- Conduct facility inspections and reports
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
