Job Description
- Administers various employee benefit programs.
- Prepares and communicates information to employees about benefit programs.
- Ensures compliance with labor and benefit laws.
- Resolves conflicts with benefit providers.
- Provides employee tools and maintains relationships with provider companies.
- Answers employee queries on compensation and benefits.
- Performs tasks assigned by the immediate superior.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php16,00.00 – Php20,00.00 per month
