Job Description
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Knowledge of document control standards and practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Establish and maintain a document management system for all project documents.
- Monitor document distribution to ensure approved versions are used.
- Organize electronic and hard copy filing systems for easy retrieval.
- Track and manage document versions, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
- Distribute documents to teams, prepare for audits, and generate reports.
- Provide training and support on document control procedures.
- Implement improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
