Job Description
Involved in designing, developing, and delivering training programs to meet specific organizational needs.
Assessing employee training needs and developing training plans to meet those needs.
Using various training methods, including hands-on exercises, lectures, and multimedia presentations, to deliver training content.
Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making recommendations for improvement based on review and repair exercise.
Maintaining accurate records of employee training, including attendance and test scores.
Collaborating with managers, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to develop and deliver training programs.
Developing and maintaining effective working relationships with employees and other stakeholders.
Ensuring that training programs are compliant with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Conducting monthly skill assessments for employee exercise.
Collaborating in training activities to enhance teamwork and productivity.
Providing one-on-one coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional development.
Supporting the implementation of new processes, systems, or technologies by providing relevant training.
Supporting the design and delivery of company-wide training initiatives and programs.
Staying current with operational practices to ensure successful training.
