Job Description
Job Summary
- Conduct sales calls in assigned areas, solicit orders, and follow-up.
- Attend to customer complaints, problems, and requests, referring complex cases to Sales Manager.
- Monitor inventory and stock availability in distribution outlets, solicit additional orders.
- Prepare and submit weekly coverage schedules, monthly coverage schedules, sales reports, and retail store business plans.
- Collect payments from customers, issue provisional receipts, and summarize collections in reports sent to the Accounting Department.
- Check product displays and perform merchandising activities in assigned stores.
- Prospect new accounts and provide market information to maximize sales opportunities.
Qualifications:
- College graduate of any Business course.
- Experience in selling consumer products, preferably stationery, school, and office supplies.
- Team player, resourceful, trustworthy, able to work under pressure and with minimum supervision.
- Excellent communication skills.
