Job Description
- Identifying potential problems and suggesting appropriate solutions to support department objectives.
- Providing regular updates per division.
- Performing day-to-day financial transactions: recording, verifying, classifying, computing, and posting accounts receivable data.
- Generating reports detailing accounts receivable status.
- Recording daily transactions and reconciling AR ledger.
- Verifying discrepancies and resolving customer billing issues.
- Facilitating overdue accounts with reminders and monitoring customer accounts.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Basic knowledge of accounting processes
- Interpersonal, communication, time management, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php12,00.00 – Php12,500.00 per month
