Job Description
1. Performs product development activities & formulations of newly developed products following set formula guidelines and using approved raw materials.
2. Provides production support for new products during the first batch, making necessary formula modifications based on results.
3. Conducts color matching and ensures color matching formula confirmation before finalization.
4. Evaluates formulas for modifications based on Production/QC’s request or customer feedback.
5. Evaluates new raw materials or substitutes for cost reduction, product improvement, or as alternatives.
6. Studies how to utilize non-moving or slow-moving raw materials and products with a focus on quality.
7. Executes special projects including seminars and preparation of materials.
8. Coordinates with relevant parties on activity-related matters.
9. Prepares technical and monthly reports on project achievements and activities.
