Job Description
We are hiring a customer service representative to manage customer queries and complaints. As part of the team, you will process orders, modifications, and escalate complaints using various communication channels. Candidates should display a calm demeanor and possess computer skills.
Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating effectively through different channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
