Caldwell Communications is actively seeking candidates to join our team for the position of Encoder/Non-Voice/Without Experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers to address concerns via phone or written correspondence.
- Resolve customer issues promptly on the first contact when possible.
- Match customer needs with our Clients’ products and services.
- Utilize negotiation skills to secure customer approval.
- Share specific information with clients.
