Job Description
I. Duties & Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly manner.
- Assist customers in selecting menu items and taking orders.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe.
- Handle payments and coordinate with kitchen staff.
- Address customer concerns professionally.
- Stay informed about menu items and specials.
- Other assigned tasks.
II. Qualifications:
- Customer service experience in a cafe/restaurant.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Positive attitude and ability to multitask.
- Basic math skills and flexibility in working hours.
- Physical ability to stand and lift weights.
- Knowledge of food service safety regulations is a plus.
