Job Description
- Supervises the day-to-day operations of the fulfillment process, ensuring effective customer service and quality control.
- Receives, prioritizes, and processes customer orders with attention to detail.
- Manages databases, prepares reports, and resolves customer requests efficiently.
- Possesses knowledge of warehouse procedures and previous experience as a fulfillment officer.
- Must have strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office programs and able to interpret work orders.
- Willing to work on Saturdays, start immediately, with a keen eye for detail.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php17,00.00 – Php18,00.00 per month
