Job Description
1. Data Collection and Analysis
- Gather, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources.
- Develop and implement data models, algorithms, and statistical techniques to extract meaningful insights.
2. Business Insights and Reporting
- Identify key business trends, patterns, and opportunities through data analysis.
- Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders across the company.
3. Strategic Decision Support
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven recommendations and insights.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses to address specific business questions and support strategic initiatives.
4. Data Quality and Governance
- Monitor and ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity.
- Establish and maintain data governance processes.
5. Continuous Improvement
- Stay current with industry trends and identify opportunities to improve data processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related field.
- 5 years experience working as a data analyst in the fintech industry.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or other programming languages.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data visualization tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Pay: Php50,00.00 – Php55,00.00 per month
