Job Description
Job Description:
- Conducts coordination of vehicles and drivers
- Coordinates transportation and delivery of procurement and inventory
- Handles all email, mail, and phone general inquiries and requests for information and materials
- Assists with ordering supplies and inventory, as needed
- Assists with trip expense reports, photocopying, ordering books, and materials as needed
- Responsible for mailing projects and provides support assistance
- Ensure that all fast-moving stock items are replaced in a timely manner ensuring continuity of supplies
- In close coordination with the Operations department, manage the procurement, maintenance, and inventory of office-related goods and services
- Other tasks as assigned
Job Qualification:
- Must be a 4 years graduate.
- With experience in transport/logistics background at least 1-3 years, fresh graduates are welcome
- Computer literate, knowledgeable in MS applications
- Willing to be assigned in Brgy. Eden, Mexico, Pampanga
