Job Description
- Generation of new accounts.
- Responsible for delivering the daily sales quota: minimum of 10 valid policies.
- Responsible for managing and maintaining renewal of existing accounts.
- Ensuring the accuracy of printed and released policies.
- Responsible for the timely delivery of issued policies.
- Claims settlement assistance – must be knowledgeable on the basic claims processes and procedures.
- Endorsements, cancellations, and other similar critical information updates regarding accounts handled.
- Increasing coverage of existing accounts with new product offerings.
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing Sales Accounts team.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence.
- Objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- Other Tasks Assigned.
