Job Description
Analyze and summarize payment compliance requirements.
Coordinate with other teams and agencies for documentation of billings and process flow.
Prepare cost analysis and cross check all billings of the department.
Monitoring of expenses and evaluation of billings.
Coordinate with other branches for order and logistics.
Maintain the confidentiality of work-related issues, company records, and information; assures compliance with Non-Disclosure Agreement.
Continuously monitor and evaluate if the company receives the agreed purchase service with the best possible price and quality.
Provide input on improvement and efficiency of the team.
Sell out monitoring before the day ends.
Above average in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
Can negotiate and communicate with different levels of people.
Has a background in imported materials and 3rd party suppliers.
