Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a full-time Sales Development Representative at Wolfson Equity. This role involves making outbound calls and sending emails to medical practice owners in the United States to understand their interest in potentially selling their businesses.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls and send texts/emails to business owners throughout the day
- Communicate clearly and confidently to introduce our services and gather information
- Maintain accurate records of conversations and lead information in a CRM system
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to the role
Requirements:
- Previous experience in lead generation and cold calling
- Dedication to working exclusively for our company during the scheduled hours
- Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot experience preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High-speed internet, high-quality microphone, and webcam
- We do not work with agencies
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base pay starting at CAD $800 per month
- Opportunity to earn over CAD $1,00+ per month in bonuses
