Job Description
This position is responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing cargo status information, and maintaining effective communication to achieve service excellence.
- College diploma or University degree in business, Customs Administration.
- Experience in the logistics field.
- Computer skilled and knowledgeable in Excel, Word, and PDF files.
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
- Knowledgeable in Tax Computation and Customs Law.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, emails, or chat.
- Resolve customer issues effectively.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation processing.
- Collaborate with departments to resolve customer concerns.
- Submit accurate reports as requested.
- Participate in customer meetings and Business Reviews.
