Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team at Kodus Peers Construction Corporation. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-2 years of HR experience, with a strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment efforts, employee relations, benefits administration, and HR policy enforcement.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Handle day-to-day HR inquiries and escalations from employees and managers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of HR experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php15,00.00 – Php18,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday.
Education: Bachelor’s (Preferred)
Experience: 3 years in Human Resources Generalist (Required)
